The Bill (Reg.№ 4272) envisages the celebration on the state level of the 20th Anniversary of the People´s Movement for the Restructuring Celebrating that was formed on 08-10 September 1989.
The Bill recommends that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine local administrations, self-governing bodies facilitate celebrating of the anniversary in September 2009 in Kyiv, regional centers etc.
It ios also resolved that all the memorial places connected with the history of the People´s Movement should be arranged and the monument in its honor should be built on the one pf the central squares of Kyiv.
The memorial desk should also be implemented in Kyiv, Museum by-street, 8 were the first secretariat of the organization was situated.
The National Bank should introduce the jubilee coin.
The actions on the occasion of the anniversary should be broadcasted on radio and television.
